How to Place an Order:
Currently, if you wish to pay with a credit card, I can only accept orders online. I will accept an order that will be paid by check or money order via e-mail. Should you have a custom order you would like to place, please e-mail me at terri@terrijsjewelry.com. Ordering online is easy and secure. All orders are SSL Encrypted to safeguard your credit card and personal information. Privacy Policy: I will not sell or give your information to anyone else or use it for any purpose other than fulfilling your order. You are always free to e-mail or call me to discuss an order or a design you have in mind or just to talk jewelry, though! How long does a custom order take? Once a design is agreed upon, custom orders average from 2 to 6 weeks depending on the quantity of the order, availability of components and whether you make any subsequent changes to the design. I can give you a better time estimate once you contact me with the final details of your order. Shipping Information: Most orders will be shipped no later than one week after the order is received. An e-mail will be sent with the estimated ship date at the time of order. You may choose the shipping method you prefer when you place your order. Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: All returns or exchanges require my authorization. You must notify me within 7 business days of delivery of your order to initiate a return or exchange and receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number. All returns must be received by me within 10 business days of issuing you an RA number otherwise the refund/exchange will not be honored. I do not accept returns on custom, special order, sale or clearance items. A copy of the original invoice should be included with the return. Any returned item should be packaged carefully and include all original packaging materials and tags. I suggest you return your item with an appropriate amount of insurance in the event of loss or damage. All items returned must be undamaged, unused, in the original packaging and include all parts and paperwork. Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable, however I will pay the shipping charges for returned items. All returns must be in the same condition as when I shipped them to you. To cancel an order, e-mail or phone me as quickly as possible. I cannot guarantee that I will be able to cancel an order if notification is received more than five days after the order is placed. Why are some ear-wires not attached to the earrings? I use a scanner to image my jewelry, and most of the time keeping the ear-wires on the earrings doesn't work well. No assembly is required of you, though - your earrings will arrive with the ear-wires attached. How are the pieces named? I use female names for all my pieces. I usually am able to figure out what name best fits which piece by the style. If you have an idea for a style that I haven't used yet, just write to me and you might get it named after you!
